National Referencing Committee Meeting

The Eswatini Qualifications Authority (EQA)is in the process of referencing the Eswatini Qualifications Framework (ESQF) to the African Continental Qualifications Framework (ACQF). A national referencing committee, charged with the responsibility of carrying out this activity, has been established and working towards producing the Eswatini report.

The Eswatini Qualifications Authority is one of the 8 African countries that are participating in the ACQF referencing exercise. Eswatini started the exercise in September 2024 and has made remarkable strides already. A meeting was held where the National Referencing Committee went through the four referencing criteria and had discussions on the ESQF  implementation which will be used in the production of the report. The discussions also focused on the benefits of referencing along with the Terms of Reference of the Committee.
